Flow-In-Line Feed Processing

General Info

Expanding Feed Production Capacity

Flow-In-Line processing provides an option for feed operations that are reaching the production limits of a traditional skid-mounted batching system.

Rather than relying on a single fixed equipment arrangement, the system can be configured with the grinding, mixing, weighing, micro ingredient and material-handling equipment required for a particular operation. Sudenga Flow-In-Line systems can utilize 1-, 2- or 3-ton mixers, single or multiple hammermills and monitor up to six scales.

The primary goal is to reduce batching cycle time and improve overall throughput. By allowing different stages of feed production to take place at the same time, more of the mill can remain productive throughout the batching process.

Depending on the equipment and application, a Flow-In-Line system has the potential to more than double the capacity of an existing skid-mounted batching system.
