Diversified Technologies, Inc. (DTI) is home to both Sudenga and Dur-A-Lift. Use the map and dropdowns below to find your destination and the best gate for access. If you have questions or need assistance, call the main office at 712-475-6330.

Deliveries
General deliveries
Sudenga deliveries (#4)
Enter through Gate 3 on the west side of the facility and proceed east.
Dur-A-Lift deliveries (#9)
Use Gate 1. Deliveries go to the southwest corner of the Dur-A-Lift building.
Material deliveries
Flighting unload (#2)
Enter via Gate 3 on Kingbird Ave and exit via Gate 2. Check in at the main office or by calling 712-475-3301.
Flat steel deliveries (#7)
Use Gate 4 and proceed to point 7.
Steel deliveries (#11)
All steel deliveries (besides flat steel) will be delivered to the dock on the southeast of the DTI manufacturing facility. Please enter the DTI campus via Gate 4 on 200th street and proceed to point 11 on the map.
Pickups
Order pickup
Sudenga order pickup (#5)
Use Gate 4. Please check in with the team who can be found through the door on the south side of the building.
Dur-A-Lift order pickup (#10)
Enter via Gate 1. Check in at the Dur-A-Lift Main Office (#8) and then proceed to the marked spot (#10).
Parts pickup
Sudenga parts counter (#6)
The Sudenga parts counter pickup area is accessible via Gate 4; enter through the door on the north side of the building.
Dur-A-Lift parts counter (#9)
Use Gate 1. The Dur-A-Lift parts counter can be found on the southwest corner of the Dur-A-Lift building.
Office & Training
Main offices
Sudenga main office (#1)
Enter through Gate 3 and use the door on the west side of the building. You can reach the Sudenga main office by calling 712-475-3301.
Dur-A-Lift main office (#8)
Use Gate 1 and enter through the door on the west side of the building. You can reach the Dur-A-Lift main office by calling 712-475-2804.
DTI main office (#12)
Office opening summer 2026! You can reach the DTI main office by calling 712-475-6330.
Meeting rooms
Sudenga conference room (#1)
Enter through Gate 3 and use the door on the west side of the building. You can reach the Sudenga main office by calling 712-475-3301.
Dur-A-Lift conference room (#8)
Use Gate 1 and enter through the door on the west side of the building. You can reach the Dur-A-Lift main office by calling 712-475-2804.
DTI training room (#3)
Enter through Gate 2. There is parking available on the west side of the building. Enter through the second door on the north side of the building.
