Parts Room Associate position available
Diversified Technologies Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Room Associate to support our operations by managing inventory, parts distribution, and organization of the parts department. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position. DTI provides a competitive wage and benefits package.
The Parts Room Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and issuing parts and supplies to support production and maintenance teams. This role plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring parts are available, accurate, and well-documented.

Parts Room Associate
Job Title: Parts Room Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, label, and stock incoming parts and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the company’s system.
- Issue parts and materials to production and maintenance staff as requested.
- Monitor stock levels and notify supervisor when reorders are needed.
- Organize the parts room to ensure easy access and efficiency.
- Update and maintain part location data in the inventory management system.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits.
- Track and return unused or excess parts to proper storage locations.
- Work with vendors, purchasing, and maintenance to support part needs.
- Assist in crating and preparing large components for motor freight shipments.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve part flow and support production goals.
- Pay close attention to detail to prevent inventory errors or shipping delays.
- Keep the parts room clean, orderly, and compliant with safety and organizational standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or parts room management preferred.
- Basic computer skills; experience with inventory management software a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments.
- Organized and detailed oriented.
- Reliable attendance.
- Dependable.
- Ability to work with a team.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Forklift certification or ability to be trained.
- Knowledge of mechanical or manufacturing parts.
- Experience in a manufacturing or maintenance support environment.
