GEORGE, IOWA, – Sudenga Industries, Inc. is excited to announce the release of the RGS-2020 Roller Mill. The new roller grinder is available in single, double or triple configurations with capacities up to 48 TPH at 500 microns. It features roll gap automation and load compensating controls.

Features of the new roller mill include:
High-quality chilled iron rolls with large diameter shafts made from superior strength alloy steel
Spherical self-aligning roller bearings designed to last the life of the rolls
Versatile inter-drive rotates each pair of rolls allowing for a variety of roll speeds and differentials
Proper roll corrugation configured for specific applications produces a consistent, uniform product
High-capacity feeder ensures uniform flow rate across the length of the rolls
The feeder, when controlled with VFD controlled motor, maximizes the capacity and efficiency of the roller mill
High strength swing out plate magnets are strategically located by the feeder to protect the rolls from being damaged from ferrous material
One-point, manual or automatic, roll adjustments with bearing slides ensure parallel rolls throughout the range of adjustment
