Unlike typical high-capacity commercial systems that require tall conveyor boxes, separate sweep motors, and deep tunnels, the Double Barrel Power Sweep fits under a 13-inch floor. This low-profile approach reduces installation requirements and allows the system to be used in both retrofit and new bin applications, while eliminating the need for a deep tunnel.

Low-profile chain conveyor bin unload – product overview
The Double Barrel Power Sweep features a 10-inch double-run, chain conveyor underbin system capable of handling over 6,000 bushels per hour with low horsepower requirements. The sweep remains inside the bin while grain is present and is driven through a set of double gearboxes and a heavy driveshaft when activated. Designed to fit within a 13-inch dryer floor, the system delivers commercial-grade capacity while reducing installation, floor support, and concrete costs, providing an economical approach to chain conveyor performance in bins up to 93 feet in diameter.

Intelligent push tractor operation
This video shows the Double Barrel Power Sweep’s intelligent mechanical push tractor operating inside the bin. Designed for larger bin diameters and increased grain depths, the push tractor advances only when additional grain is needed, stops at capacity, and can back up to manage heavy grain flow. The fully mechanical design delivers autonomous control with no electrical components inside the bin for true zero-entry unloading.
