Job Requirements/Responsibilities Include:
- Proficiency in manual milling and lathe operations for precise part fabrication.
- Interpretation skills for blueprints, schematics, and CAD/CAM software.
- Setup, adjustment, and maintenance of manual milling and lathe machines.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, and measuring instruments.
- Material versatility with expertise in selecting cutting parameters.
- Understanding of tolerance requirements and quality control.
- Troubleshooting machinery issues to minimize downtime.
- Adherence to strict safety protocols.
- Detail-oriented approach for meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Effective communication in a fast-paced manufacturing setup.
