• Up to 3,860 BPH (4,800 CFH) at 400 FPM

12″ Auger

• Up to 3,410 BPH (4,242 CFH) at 180 RPM

Capacities listed are maximum estimates. Actual throughput may vary with material characteristics, conveyor speed, feed conditions, and equipment configuration. Auger style can convey any free flowing material where particle size is less than 4”. Capacities and horsepower requirements are based on 14-15% moisture content. Tube fill rates are 65% for augers. Changes in moisture content and fill rates will alter capacities and horsepower requirements. Not starting empty will also raise horsepower requirements.

Belt conveyors provide gentler product handling and are a good fit for materials susceptible to damage or degradation. The oversized belt forms a cup inside the tube to help contain material and minimize material working beneath the sides of the belt.

Auger conveyors provide a simple, economical option for durable, free-flowing materials.

Choose a portable unit when the loader needs to be moved out of the way or used in multiple loading areas.

Stationary units are ideal for dedicated loading locations supplied by permanent equipment like  overhead tanks.
