Container Loader
FEATURES
- Auger- or belt-style conveyors are available for filling 20- and 40-foot shipping containers with grain, DDGs, and other free-flowing materials.
- Auger-style models offer capacities up to 4,400 BPH (approximately 5,500 CFH in corn).
- Belt-style models offer capacities up to 8,500 BPH (approximately 10,500 CFH).
- Stationary and portable configurations are available with inlet hopper options customized to your application.
- Auger-fill, loader-fill, and ground-level belt or auger hoppers are available.
- The support structure provides left-to-right and vertical adjustment.
- Electric and hydraulic drive options are available.
Belt or Auger?
Belt conveyors provide gentler product handling and are a good fit for materials susceptible to damage or degradation. The oversized belt forms a cup inside the tube to help contain material and minimize material working beneath the sides of the belt.
Auger conveyors provide a simple, economical option for durable, free-flowing materials.
- Auger capacity: Up to 4,400 BPH or approximately 5,500 CFH
- Belt capacity: Up to approximately 8,500 BPH or approximately 10,500 CFH
Actual capacity varies based on material characteristics and system configuration.
Portable or Stationary?
Choose a portable unit when the loader needs to be moved out of the way or used in multiple loading areas.
Stationary units are ideal for dedicated loading locations supplied by permanent equipment like overhead tanks.
Flexible Inlet Options
Configure the loader to receive material from:
- Loader buckets
- Low-profile or ground-level hoppers
- Feeder augers and conveyors
- Overhead bins or surge tanks
- Other application-specific feeding systems
The right inlet arrangement depends on your existing equipment, site layout, and preferred loading process.
Materials Handled
Sudenga container loaders can handle grain, DDGs, meals and malts, feed ingredients, feed pellets, plastic pellets, coffee, and other free-flowing granular products.
Because materials vary in density, flow characteristics, and handling requirements, Sudenga can help evaluate the appropriate configuration for your application.
