An award-winning, complete bin unloading solution designed to deliver high-capacity performance across a wide range of bin sizes. The Double Barrel Power Sweep bridges the gap between traditional power sweeps and full commercial underbin systems, offering flexible configurations for both farm and commercial applications. Patent pending.

A true zero-entry sweep system that handles the extreme demands of commercial grain handling applications. Available for grain bins up to 139 foot diameter. Patented above floor electrical collector ring and auto advance sweep controls allow the sweep to be wired permanently and controlled from outside the bin.

Our 10″ & 12″ u-trough power sweeps feature high capacities and long-run durability. Available for bins from 18 to 80 feet in diameter. The 12 inch systems handle up to 10,000 bushels per hour; 10 inch systems offer capacities to 6,000 bushels per hour. Both systems can be installed in 13 inch dryer floor support applications.

Sudenga’s 8″ & 10″ round tube power sweeps are available for bins or silos to 80’5″. Standard features include heavy duty gearboxes, galvanized underbin tube and a sweep backshield. Designed for trouble-free installation for the bin or silo erector, long-term reliability and easy maintenance. Installs in dryer floor or concrete floors with a trench.

Complete underbin systems for concrete or dryer floor bins to 49′ 6″ in diameter. Underbin systems are available in diameters of 6, 8 and 10 inches. Shipped complete with center and intermediate sumps, control rods and bin wall plates. Concrete and dryer floor applications both available. Capacities range from 1,000 bushels per hour to 3,800 bushels per hour, depending on which power head is ordered.

Sudenga’s removable bin sweeps can be configured for use in multiple bins. Make easy work of cleaning your bins with a Sudenga bin sweep. Available for 6, 8, and 10 inch underbin systems for bins up to 49′ 6″ in diameter. The modular design fits a variety of bin sizes. Mix a basic section with extensions as necessary to fit multiple bin diameters.

Bin unloads available in three formats: horizontal, inclined, and vertical. Our powerheads are designed for convenience and durability. Unload options available for complete bin unload systems and power sweeps. Sleeve mount or flange mount styles. All include the tube, flight, motor mount, belts, belt guard, pulleys and connector shafts.

Complete commercial underbin round tube (8, 10, and 12 inch) auger systems for bins up to 80 feet in diameter for dryer or concrete bin floor applications. Capacities range from 2,400 to 5,600 bushels per hour depending on which power head is ordered. Flanged galvanized tube comes standard.

Sudenga’s Series 1 sweep augers are the economical workhorse of our line of commercial bin augers. Sudenga’s 7-1/4 inch sweeps handle up to 2,050 bushels per hour; 9-1/4 inch sweeps handle up to 3,700 bushels per hour and 11-1/4 inch handle up to 5,900 bushels per hour. Sweeps available for bins up to 80 feet in diameter.

Sudenga offers three styles of commercial unloading heads: Flange-mount Horizontal, 27° Incline or Double Drive Vertical style. All auger powerheads include necessary tubes, flights, motor mount, belt(s), belt guard, pulley(s) and connector shafts. 27° Incline features an oversized transition boot with heavy knuckle and bronze hanger bearing for maximum capacity and reliable service.
