DTI Visitors Guide

1 – Sudenga Main Office & Meeting Room – Please enter through Gate 3 and use the door on the west side of the building. You can reach the Sudenga main office by calling 712-475-3301.

2 – Flighting Unload – Please enter via Gate 3 on Kingbird Ave and follow the dotted line. You can exit via Gate 2. Check in at the main office or by calling 712-475-3301.

3 – DTI Training Center – Please enter through Gate 2. There is parking available on the west side of the building. Enter through the second door on the north side of the building.

4 – Sudenga Deliveries – For Sudenga deliveries, please enter through Gate 3 on the west side of the facility and proceed along the dotted lines.

5 – Sudenga Order Pickup – For Sudenga order pickups use Gate 4; please check in with the team who can be found through the door on the south side of the building.

6 – Sudenga Parts Counter – The Sudenga parts counter pickup area is accessible via Gate 4; enter through the door on the north side of the building.

7 – Flat Steel Deliveries – For flat steel deliveries, please use Gate 4 and proceed to point 7.

8 – Dur-A-Lift Main Office & Meeting Room – Please use Gate 1 and enter through the door on the west side of the building. You can reach the Dur-A-Lift main office by calling 712-475-2804.

9 – Dur-A-Lift Deliveries & Parts – Use Gate 1. The Dur-A-Lift deliveries and parts pickup area can be found on the southwest corner of the Dur-A-Lift building.

10 – Dur-A-Lift Order Pickup – Enter via Gate 4 and proceed to the spot marked on the map. Check-in via the Dur-A-Lift main office or by calling 712-475-2804.

11 – Steel Deliveries – All steel deliveries (besides flat steel) will be delivered to the dock on the southeast of the DTI manufacturing facility. Please enter the DTI campus via Gate 4 on 200th street and proceed along the dotted lines.
