DTI Visitors Guide

1 – Sudenga Office – Please enter through the door on the west side of the building. You can reach the Sudenga main office by calling 712-475-3301.

2 – Dur-A-Lift Office – Please enter through the door on the west side of the building. You can reach the Dur-A-Lift main office by calling 712-475-2804.

3 – DTI Training Center – There is parking available on the west side of the building. Please enter through the second door on the north side. 

4 – Sudenga Parts Counter – The Sudenga parts counter pickup area is accessible through the door on the north side of the building.

5 – Sudenga Order Pickup – For Sudenga order pickups, please check in with the team who can be found through the door on the south side of the building.

6 – Sudenga Deliveries – For Sudenga deliveries, please enter through the gate on the west side of the facility and proceed along the dotted lines.

7 – Flat Steel Deliveries – For flat steel deliveries, please stop at point seven on the map. Steel will be unloaded to the building just northwest of that point.

8 – Steel Deliveries – All steel deliveries (besides flat steel) will be delivered to the dock on the southeast of the DTI manufacturing facility. Please enter the DTI campus via the gate on 200th street and proceed along the dotted lines.

9 – Dur-A-Lift Load/Unload & Chassis Deliveries – Please park near the marked area and check-in via the Dur-A-Lift main office or by calling 712-475-2804.

10 – Dur-A-Lift Deliveries & Parts – The Dur-A-Lift deliveries and parts pickup area can be found on the southwest corner of the Dur-A-Lift building.

11 – Flighting Unload – Please enter via the north gate on Kingbird Ave and follow the dotted line to area 11. You can exit via the middle gate. Check in at the main office or by calling 712-475-3301.
