Our narrow-width “Big Boy” Feed Bodies are designed to ship in sea containers - drastically reducing shipping costs, and giving you Sudenga quality at competitive prices. The first Sudenga feed body rolled out the gate 55 years ago in 1957. Time for another “first” from Sudenga Industries.

Unload rates of up to 2000 lbs./minute.

Body Features
• All-welded 12 ga. construction.
• Steel Top with manual crank.
• Wide fenders for bagged feed.
• Delrin spline coupler on the discharge auger.

Auger and
Hydraulic System
• 8”-10”-10”-8” auger system.
• 2000 lb./minute unloading.
• 360° discharge rotation.
• Hydraulic raise and rotate on discharge auger with controls located at driver’s door.
• Variable speed floor auger with rear pit discharge.
• Direct couple tandem hydraulic pumps.
• Orbit type auger motors.
• 29 gallon oil reservior with filter.

Options
• Manual rack & pinion compartment gates.
• Higher body sides.
• Discharge auger extensions - 4’, 6’, 8’, and 10’.
• Extra body compartments.

Shipment
Body components are carefully labled and packed to assure that the customer receives a complete feed transport. Labeling is also done in a way that visually assists assembly by indicating how components are installed on the body.

Truck frame ratings of 2,800K RBM per rail and 18K front axles are recommended for Bodies with 15 ton capacity or larger.

Air ride suspension is recommended for all tandem, triple, and quad axle chassis.  Bodies mounted on tractors must fit without stretching the frame.
